These Terms govern all purchases made through the Company’s website. By placing an order, customers agree to these Terms.
Orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by the Company. Prices are displayed in INR and are inclusive of GST as indicated.
The Company reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or regulatory requirements.
Title to products passes to the customer upon delivery.
Payment Terms & Security Policy
The Company accepts UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets and other approved payment methods.
Payments are processed through secure payment gateways. The Company does not store CVV, card PINs or banking passwords.
Customers must safeguard their payment credentials and immediately report unauthorized transactions.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.
Customers must provide accurate shipping information.
The Company is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather events, strikes, natural disasters or other force majeure events.
Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
Due to the personal-care nature of handmade soaps and skincare products, opened or used products may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Customers must report damaged, defective or incorrect products within the specified return period.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Privacy Policy
The Company may collect customer name, address, email, phone number, transaction details and browsing information.
Information is used for order fulfillment, customer support, marketing communications (where permitted) and legal compliance.
