Eligibility for Return 48 Hours

We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged
• Product received is defective
• Wrong item delivered

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or opened products
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Change of mind after purchase
• Items purchased during sale or clearance (if applicable)

Return Request Process

To request a return:

• Contact us within the return period
• Share the following details:
• Order ID
• Product name
• Issue description
• Photo or video of the product
• Our team will review and confirm the return process.

Replacement Policy

• We will provide a replacement product if available.
• If replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

Refund Process

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.

Return Shipping

• If the issue is from our side (damaged / wrong product), we will cover return shipping.
• Otherwise, the customer may need to bear the return shipping cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
